Hello from long-time Customer M., who brought my car in at 8:00 am on August 31st. I hung around close by your place, and gave my cel phone number, so I could be notified when my vehicle was ready. When I did NOT receive your call in the time-frame estimated the job would take, I walked back to your office, and was told that the office had actually left a message on my cel. But I didn't receive it. Your receptionist and one of the mechanics who also happened to be in the office, both confirmed that certain cel phone providers worked from YOUR location better than others. When I told them my provider's name (Virgin) , they were NOT surprised that didn't go through. So, my strong suggestion TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is to advise customers about this possibility. Then they can possibly phone your number around the estimated finishing time In my situation, if I had known this, I would have given your receptionist my HOME number, and while waiting, could have phoned my land line from my cel phone to retrieve your message. Thank you for giving your customers this 'Personal Review' opportunity. But, when I pressed 'SUBMIT' it did not work. I even tried copying and pasting this into the place where it said PLEASE ENTER YOUR REVIEW. That did not work either. Marjorie
