having a courtesy car was a bonus. service was kind, timely,explained to me before going ahead with any major work. and price was what i would have expected for the work i had done. the only reason i gave them a 4 star rating is because i never give a 5 star and i had to wash the courtesy car (which was a bonus to have in the first place )
